What is PMClite?
PMClite is a lightweight on-premise production management system designed to replace Excel. It unifies sales, purchasing, warehouse, shop floor, and finance on a single dataset. It includes multi-level BOM, kit checking, AI scheduling, MRP, QR code picking, and finance reconciliation.
How is it different from using Excel?
With Excel, departments maintain separate sheets, data mismatches occur, and BOM calculations are error-prone. PMClite lets all departments share one dataset: scanning materials automatically deducts inventory, multi-level BOM expands instantly, and pre-dispatch kit checks reveal shortages before production starts.
Does it require the cloud? Is the data secure?
No cloud required. The software is installed locally, and data is encrypted on your own PC. It works offline. 3-10 PCs can sync data via a local area network (LAN), ensuring everyone sees the latest data.
How much does it cost? Is it a subscription?
We offer a one-time perpetual license starting from CNY 6,800. There are no annual subscription fees. You get a 30-day full-feature free trial. After the trial, basic features remain free, while advanced features require a license.
